This is the 2nd location for Exquisite Touch, which was started in 2009 in Waukegan, IL. Exquisite Touch was created because of a vision to bring a positive business to the community that will give others the opportunity to work in a field that they can build relationships and grow to enhance in a craft that everyone can benefit from.
